Meet Jessica heinze MS, LPC, NCC
You’re already stronger than you think you are.
Ready to feel secure and confident in your own skin?
You’re in the right place.
I’m here to help you feel good about being you.
I’m Jessica Heinze, and I help women and teens just like you: ones that have it within them to live unapologetically, but just need the support to get there.
I help my clients find confidence, resilience, and self-acceptance by equipping them with the tools they need to better understand themselves and the world around them.
Many of today’s solutions for women’s issues, anxiety, and depression are one-size-fits-all, leading so many to feel like they’re not making progress or that they are helpless. I know that your circumstances are unique, so every step we take is tailored to you, and always with an end goal in mind.
First, we examine your history and relational dynamics that are causing the problems you’re experiencing. Then, we work on the communication skills and behavior changes that align with your goals and will be most effective for you. Through our work together, you’ll be equipped with the skills and confidence you need to live the life that is right for you.
I am dedicated to helping people find who they are in a world that wants to tell them who to be.
My training in women’s issues, anxiety, and depression means I have the expertise you need and deserve when navigating your healing. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it means to be a woman or teen struggling with feeling lost and confused about life, right?
I get it because I’ve lived it myself. I know that sometimes you just want to quit or yell at the top of your lungs, and maybe it all just feels so overwhelming. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through.
